Dispatching
  1. We ship most of the items next day if the order is placed before noon else order will be shipped day after.

  2. Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 3–7 business days.

Returns
Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  2. The goods must be in the same conditions that you received it

Returning Goods
  1. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

  3. It is always recommended to use trackable shipping service to track the returned items.

  4. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

  5. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds
  1. If shipped product is damaged or defective then we definitely will refund or exchange the goods.

  2. Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned goods to ensure it meets our return criteria. Refund processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment at earliest.

  3. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days and communication will be sent through email.

  4. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.

  5. We do not offer refunds on sales items.

Exchanges
  1. Exchanges will be provided if the origiinal product is damanged or defective.

  2. We offer exchanges for goods within 14 days of delivery.

  3. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original item unless it was defective or incorrect or damaged.

  4. Exchanges are subject to product availability and will be processed once we receive the returned goods
